Introduction

Welcome to Sites Reports. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sites Reports mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Net Business Hub LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Sites Reports, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About Sites Reports

Sites Reports is a mobile application designed for construction, engineering, inspection, and project professionals to create, manage, generate, and share site inspection reports.

The Service may allow users to:

• Create and manage site inspection reports
• Add project information and inspection findings
• Capture and annotate photographic evidence
• Record report locations using device location services
• Generate PDF reports
• Preview, save, and share PDF reports
• Send reports through email
• Store reports locally for offline use
• Synchronize reports when connectivity becomes available
• Manage subscriptions and account information

2. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create or access an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity performed through your account

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. User Content

Sites Reports allows you to create and upload content including:

• Project information
• Inspection findings
• Comments and observations
• Photographs
• Company logos
• PDF reports
• Other information entered into reports

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use any content uploaded to the Service.

You must not use Sites Reports to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
• Contains unlawful or fraudulent information
• Contains malicious software
• Violates the privacy or rights of another person
• Is intended to abuse, disrupt, or compromise the Service

4. Location Information

Sites Reports may use device location services to automatically identify the location associated with a site inspection report.

You are responsible for ensuring that location information used in your reports is appropriate and accurate for your intended purpose.

Location services may depend on device settings, GPS availability, network connectivity, and other technical factors.

5. Reports and Generated PDFs

Sites Reports provides tools for creating and generating inspection reports and PDF documents.

You are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of reports before distributing or relying on them.

Sites Reports does not guarantee that generated reports will be free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

The Service is a reporting and documentation tool and does not replace professional engineering, architectural, construction, safety, legal, or other professional judgment.

6. Offline Storage and Synchronization

Sites Reports supports offline functionality.

Certain report information may be stored locally on your device and synchronized with our servers when an internet connection becomes available.

Synchronization may be affected by:

• Internet connectivity
• Device availability
• Server availability
• Application errors
• Operating system restrictions
• Other technical conditions

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.

7. Subscription Plans

Sites Reports may provide free and paid subscription plans.

The current Pro subscription provides additional functionality and may include unlimited report creation, subject to the applicable subscription terms displayed in the application.

The current Pro plan is offered at $99.99 per year.

Pricing, availability, features, and subscription options may change in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Before purchasing a subscription, the applicable price, subscription period, and included features will be displayed to you.

8. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Pro subscription is an auto-renewable subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

Unless auto-renewal is turned off, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal according to the applicable subscription price before the current subscription period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings.

Cancellation does not normally provide a refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period, except where required by applicable law or Apple's applicable policies.

For iOS purchases, all payments and subscription transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

9. Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a Sites Reports subscription, the application may provide a restore purchase function.

Restoring a purchase does not create a new subscription. It allows eligible purchases associated with your account to be recognized by the application.

10. Subscription Availability

Subscription availability may vary depending on the platform, country or region, and applicable App Store policies.

Subscription features available through the iOS application are subject to Apple's In-App Purchase requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

The Sites Reports application, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Net Business Hub LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• Copy the application
• Modify or reverse engineer the application
• Redistribute the application
• Sell or sublicense the application
• Attempt to extract source code
• Use the application to develop a substantially similar competing product using our proprietary materials

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with Service availability or operation
• Introduce malicious code
• Abuse APIs or server infrastructure
• Circumvent security mechanisms
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Use automated methods to abuse the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

13. Third-Party Services

Sites Reports may interact with third-party services and platforms to provide functionality such as authentication, payments, email delivery, cloud synchronization, analytics, and other services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to Sites Reports, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical problems
• Network failures
• Third-party service outages
• Security incidents
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

15. Disclaimer

Sites Reports is provided as a documentation and reporting tool.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always operate without interruption
• Generated reports will always be error-free
• Information entered into reports will always be accurate
• GPS or location information will always be accurate
• Synchronization will always occur immediately
• The Service will meet every specific professional or business requirement

You are responsible for reviewing reports and information generated through the Service before using or distributing them.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Net Business Hub LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or reliance on information contained in reports generated using the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Sites Reports account through the account deletion functionality provided in the application or by contacting our support team.

Account deletion may result in the removal of account-associated information and may not be reversible.

You should export or retain copies of any reports or information that you need before requesting account deletion.

18. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.

We may also introduce new features or modify existing functionality.

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws governing Net Business Hub LLC, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
